Following your enquiry, you will be contacted by Dr Danilewicz, for him to gain an understanding of your problems. We do not want to promise what we cannot deliver.
Once we are convinced, we can deliver the help you need, and offer you an appointment. Our responsive booking system also means that we will inform you every time an appointment becomes available (due to cancellation) providing you with an opportunity to be seen prior to your original booking. We would like to ensure you get the required help as soon as possible.

If you are new to our service, we will offer you an initial appointment, which lasts for approximately one hour. If you are already our patient, we will offer you a follow up appointment to review your treatment.

We use various online platforms, which are compatible with almost all electronic devices. Depending on your device we can offer consultations over Zoom, MS Teams, FaceTime, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger.

Initial appointment includes the following:

• Online appointment with Dr Danilewicz;
• History taking;
• Summary of your consultation emailed directly to you;
• GP letter (if you wish us to share the summary of the consultation with your GP);
• Any private prescriptions required sent by post;
• Over the phone review of the treatment approximately two weeks after any medication has started;
• Letter to any medical professionals involved in your treatment.

Follow up appointment includes the following:

• Online appointment with Dr Danilewicz lasting approximately 30 minutes;
• Review of your current treatment plan;
• Summary of your consultation emailed directly to you;
• GP letter, if required;
• Follow up letter to any medical professionals involved in your treatment;
• Private prescription if required;
• Over the phone review of the new treatment plan approximately two weeks after any changes to your medication regime;

Please note that issuing private prescriptions outside appointments outlined above are subject to an additional charge. The fees are outlined in our price list.
