How long is the initial consultation?
The initial consultation is approximately 45 minutes long. It is crucial the clinician obtains all relevant information about your problems and provides detailed advice.
Would I need a follow up appointment?
It depends on the individual circumstances, and response to the treatment, however majority of patients require follow up appointment. You might need a follow up appointment in 6 to 12 weeks or just prior to moving prescribing to your GP.
How much does it cost?

Do I need to pay anything prior to the consultation?
We require a 50% deposit being payed at the time of the booking. Some services like on-line consultations, ADHD, IPDE, and Autism assessments have to be pre-paid in full. The deposit can be taken over the phone, payment link, or via bank transfer. The appointment would be confirmed on receipt of the payment.
Is there anything I need to do before the appointment?
When you book an appointment, and pay the deposit you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment. The email will contain a link to a pre-appointment questionnaire. We understand that feeling the way you feel, at the time, you might not be able to complete it. This is fine.
However if you are in the position to complete the questionnaire, it would speed up the process of our liaison with your GP.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
We do not require a referral from the GP. You can request an appointment and we will contact you to establish if we can help.
Would the details of the consultation go on my GP record?
It is up to you to decide. By accessing private healthcare, you decide if you want to have the details of the consultation on your GP record, however we might refuse to prescribe certain medication without your consent to share information with your GP, if the medication could potentially put your health in danger, if prescribed in combination with other medication.
How do I pay for my consultation?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please be aware that at this moment in time we are not able to accept American Express cards. The remaining balance for the consultation could be paid at the time of the consultation. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept check payments. You can also pay by the bank transfer prior to the consultation. Bank transfer details are available on request.
